Wisconsin Dells & Lake Delton Mobile Home Park Amenities

Whether you live at Deer Run Estates in Lake Delton, Wisconsin, or Red's Mobile Home Park in the Wisconsin Dells, all of our residents and families can use all available amenities from both parks, which are located only 2.5 miles away from each other.

• Community Clubhouse:  Within the Clubhouse is a meeting room equipped with kitchen facilities.  Perfect for small social gatherings of 25 or less, it is available through reservation only.

• Outdoor Pool:  The heated seasonal pool is open to all tenants and their guests at no additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Washrooms and showers are located off the pool deck. Children 13 and younger must be supervised by a parent, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Young children must be toilet trained before using the pool. Swim diapers are NOT allowed.

• Picnic Shelter & Playground:  The picnic shelter and activity area contribute to the family atmosphere that is welcome at Deer Run Estates & Red's Mobile Home Park. The spacious green areas and playground allow children to play safely. The picnic shelter provides another opportunity for social gatherings and meeting neighbors.

• Storage Units:  On-site self-storage units of varying sizes are available for rent. You just provide your own padlock to secure your rented unit. Preferences for renting is given to tenants of Deer Run Estates & Red's Mobile Home Park. Unit sizes include: 5x10, 10x10, 10x20, and 10x27. Large motor home storage units are also available. Outside spaces are available for boats and campers, as tenants are NOT allowed to park them at their home site. At Deer Run Estates, blocks of garages have been built throughout the community. They are available for tenants to rent and are easily accessible to homes.
