The Most Commonly Asked Questions Are:

1. WHO CAN LIVE IN MY HOME?

 A:  If they aren't listed on the lease, they shouldn't be there. 


  • The lease agreement specifies the individuals who are entitled to live in the home while it is located at Deer Run Estates or Red's Mobile Home Park. 


  • Additional tenants (or changes) must be screened and approved through the application process, and then added to the lease. 


  • Housing of unauthorized tenants is considered a breach of the lease agreement, and may be subject to eviction.

2. CAN I HAVE A PET?

 A:  See #3 in 'Park Rules & Regulations'.

      (Document can be found above under 'Additional Info.')


  • While pets are allowed, Deer Run Estates & Red's Mobile Home Park's management team reserves the right to pre-approve ALL pets. 


  • Yards cannot be fenced. This includes no underground fencing. Outdoor kennels &/or leads are NOT allowed. 


  • Pet waste in the tenant's yard must be removed in a timely fashion, and often. Pet waste must be immediately removed when notice is given by a representative of Deer Run Management.


  • Tenants must walk ALL pets on leashes (no matter the species; dog, cat, etc.) , and must clean up waste after their pet as you go.

3. CAN I BUILD A SHED, OR BUILD ON TO MY HOME?

A:  

  • Sheds are allowed, but must be pre-approved for style, size, and site (so as not to compromise access to underground utilities).


  • No metal or plastic sheds are allowed. 


  • ALL building (including, but not limited to: garages, carports, decks, screened porches, paver/brick/stone patios, and add-on rooms) must be pre-approved for style, size, and site location (so as not to compromise access to underground utilities).  All building must conform to local building permit regulations. 


  • Fences are NOT allowed!
