• Can I Have a Pet?
While pets are allowed, Deer Run Estates and Red’s Mobile Home Parks management team reserves the right to pre-approve any pets. Yards cannot be fenced; outdoor kennels are not allowed. Tenants must walk dogs and cats on leashes and must clean up after their dog/cat.

• Can I build a shed or build on to my home?
Sheds are allowed, but must be pre-approved for style, size, and site location so as not to compromise access to underground utilities. No metal or plastic sheds are allowed. All building must be pre-approved and must conform to local building permit regulations.

• Who can live in my home?
The lease agreement specifies the individuals who are entitled to live in the home while it is located at Deer Run Estates or Red’s Mobile Home Park. Any change in residents must be screened and approved through the application process. Housing of unauthorized tenants is considered a breach of the lease agreement and may be subject to eviction.
